Vegan Propaganda and Meat: Separating Reality From Fiction

Human beings around the globe have shown the ability to be healthy on a range of various diet plans - the primary secret seems to be the avoidance of highly-processed, unhealthy food. Many organizations have become very savvy with connecting animal-based diets with with aggressive, anti-earth ruthlessness, however, upon closer examination, they appear to have a political agenda. We choose to use a non-biased and evidence-based view on meat and nutrition. First off, connection does not equate to causation and second of all, greater cardiovascular disease rates in red meat eaters isn't completely unexpected.
